Branch Operations Lead – Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Jericho, New York
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $21–$28 per hour
Industry: Logistics & Warehousing | Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch functions and support the management team. This role is perfect for someone with warehouse experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, lead a team, and keep operations running efficiently. You’ll coordinate staffing, training, inventory, and deliveries while making sure safety and customer satisfaction are always top priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staffing, training, budgeting, and asset management

• Lead and coach team members to achieve performance and safety goals

• Maintain accurate schedules, inventory records, and operational documentation

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and act as a role model for the team

• Support deliveries and merchandise returns using a company vehicle when needed

• Provide professional, friendly customer service to internal and external clients

• Take on additional tasks to meet operational needs

Must-Haves:

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid New York State driver’s license (Class D) with a clean driving record

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Available Monday to Friday and Saturdays when needed

• Eligible to work in the United States

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual abilities

• Forklift or powered equipment certification (or willingness to train)

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching

• Regular lifting of 25–50 lbs and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment with loud noise and moving machinery

Work Environment:

• Active warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and occasional fumes or airborne particles

• Safety gear and training provided
